I got email from kpu about documents but my agent said that they will take care of the whole but the documents have to be couriered with a stamp from educational institution. Plz tell me we have to courier documents by our own or the agents will courier .I've completed my 12

You have to visit your school from where you've completed your 10th and 12th...and ask them to courier your transcript to kpu...kpu address would be mentioned in your mail...if your school is disagreeing to mail get that document completely sealed from them and courier it yourself but on the behalf of school(name of the sender should be of your school) don't forget to mention your student id on the documents envelop

YES..but i was late to send my documents.. i sent my documents on 15th sep by courier and delivered at kpu on 24 sep. 2019.. then they updated my documents on 17 oct 2019 but still there was incomplete docs.. then changed to complete docs pending decision on 24oct 2019.. last night i got ol....
