If you have your courier ready with sealed envelope, then you can send it yourself by mentioning the address of your university in ‘from’ column. I had done the same.

.my courier is received but kpu didn't inform me neither on my id portal....can you tell me what should i do..will they tell you after sometime of receiving the transcript or they inform immediately?

No no sandeep don’t worry. The portal can take about one week to ten days to update receiving information. In my case, they also took time.

Did you got any email regarding receiving of your transcript...or any type of email informing it?

HAS KPU ACCEPTED YOUR TRANSCRIPTS??

If you envelope is sealed then only it will be accepted
If you have opened the seal then you have to re apply for transcripts and then provide kpus mailing address mentioned in next step email along with your student id
They will accept the envelope that is sealed by university opened envelope is not valid

No other process. They take atleast one week for that

I dont think so because for all grad students they require transcripts i also had mailed them the docs first i got to knw a lil late abt transcripts so i did not receive so

They will take abt 2-3 weeks to send ol because currently they are processing 23-28 August transcripts
