Korean Police Certificate -- ILLEGAL document

My friend apply on the behalf of me from Seoul, but they printed in black and white format. Is this applicable?

Nope. Cause as I know the black and white one do have a stamp with a Korean language at the very bottom which is mean not submitted. Which in other words meant not valid. That's what I know from my friend who got the same black and white one and CIC reject their application.

I have one police report I got 1 day before I left Korea. Can I use that report for my CIC application now?

As long it's including the lapsed record following what CIC wants then yes you can. And it's have to be the colour one.

Ys it's a color one with lapsed record. However, I got this one in 2016 before I left Korea.

What? Nooo! Most police clearance doesn't have an expiry date even if it does, it will be 6-12 months. But as I know CIC allow 1 year only after the PCC it self being issued.

Even my friend applied last month, at that time they did not put my allien card number. So I am going to uplaod both. Its realy hard to get report nowdays.

Is it ok to upload without Allien card number? To support the application I am planning to send old one with new report.

So how many PCC in total? As long the name is correct should be fine I guess. Cause the process to get the PCC it self is first you need the entry and exit record which is only can be issued if the information about you is correct with the file on their computer. Then you can get the PCC in a police station. So I think as long your name is correct and exactly the same on your pasport then without your alien card number on your PCC should be fine.

I see. But the new one you mentioned before is the black and white copy one right? This is difficult I think. First, the old one is already expiry for almost 4 years I'm guessing since you say you got that in 2016. Meanwhile in a one and half months from now is 2020. And the other one is not valid one. I suggest you to give a explanation letter to CIC. Telling them how difficult to get the PCC and they just give you the copy one . Cause it's illegal . And hope they can understand with that.

Well, you can just give both to CIC. The one without alien card and the black and white one. It should be fine I guess .
