in case of IRCC, experience is more important than what is written online. no harm in trying but do not kwwp your hopes high. There are many threads where this has been discussed in detail. one such thread:
someone did apply for urgent based on job but they put him on a hook. thread linked above. good luck telling IRCC that you are intending to leave canada once you have received the citizenship. That can easily backfire.

That is one of the example. Clause or no clause, doesn't matter. If you think that IRCC should work harder or process your case faster than others because you have to go abroad to do a personal job then you are in for disappointment.

I am not going anywhere. Really happy in Canada. I was just commenting on the content of that 2016 thread. And yes I too think IRCC would not allow urgent processing based on a foreign job offer.

agree with both of you @yasir22@topgun94 that they wont urgent process my request based on foregin job offer.
However I have applied for it and will see how it turns out.
The US employer wants me to move there by January and really this is the only option I have to speed up things. in addition to reaching out to local MP which I have done too. I have tried to justify in my request that move to US is temporary and I want to return back to canada after my current assignment, which is the truth.
