As per new tracker, application filed date is May 30, 2019 (AOR date). BG completed on July 24, 2019

I applied in May 2019 , then Kitchener office was a " quite place " till I took the test in june 2021, today my status has changed to decision made,
other dates are just details

Hopefully you will get an oath invite within a week or two, one month max. I think they invited ppl randomly for test but are inviting ppl chronologically.

Congratulations, I pray you will get your oat invite soon! I believe Kitchener location is starting to pick up now with all the complaints they have been getting. Hopefully they will move on to 2020 applications soon

I honestly don't think you need a lawyer. I think Kitchener location is really under staff. I believe right now they are processing applications from 2019. 2020 might be next

How you're going to send them a letter? I think everyone should do the same! we have paid a lot for our applications to be processed!

I don't think there is any way to send a letter to one specific person or office (in our case KW IRCC office). All you can do is submit a webform. Which goes through the same cycle as always. But please do let us know if you are successful in sending a formal notice. We'd like to know how and what your lawyer did so we can all may be look into doing it ourselves.
