Can someone raise cse before getting AOR or mist someone wait to receive AOR for citizenship application before raising cse?
 
I really wish to be invited for oath before Christmas.

A few offices, such as Scarborough, Mississauga, and Montreal, have been having more and more in-person ceremonies. But yes, most are still virtual over zoom.

I took oath on 14 Nov and received certificate on 25th Nov and on 24th Nov tracker also updated to application approved and closed . But today I just saw that tracker again updated today and status is "in progress". Has anyone experienced this update "in progress" after oath and certificate??? Is that normal or application again being reviewed??

Yes. Unpaid medical bills can run in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for hospital stays and are THE #1 reason for personal bankruptcy in the US.
