I received my oath invitation email from NGF office, my oath ceremony is April 13th. Oath ceremony in progress March 31st, got the email April 2nd.

Oat ceremony finished today, there were 190 ppl so it took close to 3 hrs from start to finish, I just replied to their email with the signed form, hoping to get the certificate in 2 weeks or so. Did anyone receive any emails back to confirm the receipt of the form? Or will I just find the certificate in the mail within 2-4 weeks?

Intresting, by what we see you (@Kashmira89 ), me and @2be_canadian are in same boat. Same office, same timeline, same status. I can corelate with @2be_canadian because we both got our test status reflected around the same time. We should track our progress together

So far nothing new ...last update February 14th test completed , physical presence- prohibition- language still in progress... waiting
Hopefully soon we will move on next level and say goodbye to frustration

It depends on individual case, they will call only if they suspect some issue or do audit randomly. But mostly no.

Hopefully , I was aware our application will take longer than for others as it's family application ...but we are in 3rd year of process having on mind that we applied back in 2020 beginning of March..

How long after the oath Ceremony does it take : a) For the file to be marked complete/closed (currently still says oath ceremony in progress) b) To receive the Citizenship Certificate from NGF office?
