Has anyone received an oath invite from Kitchener location lately? I am curious to know how long is the oath invite after decision has been made

Received a ghost update today on my tracker. Says updated December 27, 2021 but nothing changed. BGC and Test are completed, Oath is Not Started and everything else is still In Progress.
