Waterloo. I did call IRCC, they said they see some movement on checks and told me to wait for a few weeks but I haven't heard nothing yet. Not sure if they were just saying it or actually noticed something. If I don't hear anything by next month, I will contact my MP.
Yes it is. You have to spend $5 on ATIP request to CSIS too. IRCC notes will always show blank for security. Get the CSIS notes so that you know what's good. CSIS will not email but rather send you the letter via regular mail.

I have been Decision Made since Jan 4. Waiting for Oath ceremony. Location Waterloo, Mar 2018 applicant. I saw atleast 6+ ceremonies in Feb and March each. Does anyone know who got invited to these ceremonies? I mean, are these candidates who applied in 2017 / Jan-Feb 2018? It is a bit frustrating to see so many ceremonies go by without my turn.
Wonder if someone is able to comment? Wish we had some way to track this, so we atleast know what to anticipate?
I am a March 2018 applicant (but mid-Feb 2019 test/DM) single applicant and am in the same boat. I was given a 2-4 month timeframe to expect an oath by the official after passing the test.

Good luck to you. I think the new schedule for April will be updated next week for KW location. Hope there are reasonable number of ceremonies and we get our turn in April. Pls keep us posted. Thanks!
"Together with @CitImmCanada, #UWaterloo helped welcome 200 new Canadians from 44 countries today during the largest citizenship ceremony ever hosted in the region..."
A friend of mine (fellow Citizenship applicant) got his test invite today afternoon scheduled for April 12. He applied in April 2018 and went in process on July 30, 2018.
