Not sure about the rest but your "Skill transferability factors" are not correct.

You can claim maximum of 50 points under "Foreign Work Experience" under both headings:
With good official language proficiency and foreign work experience
and
With Canadian work experience and foreign work experience

The maximum under those 2 is 50 points, but it looks like you've calculated 75.
