Kindly Help with Refusal letter base on the Medical Inadmissibility

Dear All,

First of all allow me to get some clear information regarding about how to appeal the case of PR refusal which base on Medical inadmissibility, I am under Provincial Nominee Program and I have a daughter that has Syndrome that will not accept by Canadian Government and I have been applied the Provincial Nominee program last 4 years and during past 4 year CIC back to back asking about my daughter medical result as well some other documents from Doctor at the end of the day I was received refusal letter last week and I am soo frustrated about this and now I don't know what to do about this situation.

Any body can be able to clear me out with this situation, what should I do to appeal my case, Do I need a Immigration lawyer ? what is the first step that I have to do to appeal my case ?

Hi Piyek,

I am so sorry to hear about this. Try to hire an immigration lawyer I am suggesting Mr. Cohen who could appeal your case and make a strong reason. I do not think that down syndrome should be a reason for rejection.

CIC refuses applicants on medical exams mainly because they would spend too much taxes on medical treatment. Down syndrome as far as I am concerned does not require too much medical treatment and expenses, correct me if I am wrong.

To be honest I am still not familiar with this case as I know is long way for me to get the refusal result since I am applied my PN on 2012 and make me frustrated with this situation as well as I not expecting will ending like this but some of my friend told me I can appeal my case through the immigration lawyer which I believe will cost me and will take sometimes.

Now at the moment I am still have 2 more year Working permit, do the CIC will cancel my working permit or I still have legal stay and work base on my working permit expired ? please advise

No worries you can continue and work on your valid work permit until it expires. Are you alone in Canada?

Thank you so much for your value comment, yes at the moment I am alone in Canada..I am trying to bring my 2 kids in to Canada through Provencial Nominee program, and one of my daughter have down syndrome and the other one is passed the medical but the other one is not and is a lot of re-medical in Philippine..it took more than 2 years for her medical result.

Did you hear back from Mr. Cohen? We can't think of anyone else as we have not used any of their services I trust. But do a little research on your own.

Hi PIYEK ,
Could you confirm that you got rejection letter or fairness letter ? When did you reply your fairness letter for excecive demand inadmissibilty of your kids ?
Don't worry , their are lots of people got PR with Down syndrome child .
God will help you .
