Good day,
I am very glad to join to this forum hoping to find my answers.
I have just informed that I have been nominated to Provincial Nominee Program. they sent me LOA.
I have to apply on CIC to complete necessary forms alongside to renew IELTS.
First I want to create an account in CIC, there are two ways to make an account as follows:
I can create and sign in to an account using:
  • your online banking login (Sign-In Partner)
  • a Government of Canada login (GCKey)
Have you ever heard about them? Which one could you prefer to use?
