Kindly Help me on:

1,What About the Person having Different NOC Occupational Titles at different time during last 6-7 Years of Job Line.Can person specify multiple NOC Occupational Titles under which he/she can qulalify.

2,Can we request the change of NOC code, after we have applied for PR,but before recieving updation letter.

I have different job titles during my jobline such as.

System Programmer -> 1.5 Years
Mangement Institute Lecturer[Computer Science & IT] -> 1.5 Years
Engineering College Lecturer[Computer Engineering] -> 2.5 Years

Hi,

You only need to fullfill the duties and responsibilities of That NOC Code or Job title , whicg you are applying and if u have one year experince in last 10 years in that job agsinst whcih you are applying then thats fine for you.

You only need to apply agsinst one of 38 occupations and if u have performed that duties for one year in last 10 years then thats fine for you.

System Programmer -> 1.5 Years coming under Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers (2174)

Mangement Institute Lecturer[Computer Science & IT] -> 1.5 Years Coming Under College and Other Vocational Instructors (4131)

Engineering College Lecturer[Computer Engineering] -> 2.5 Years Coming under Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers and Designers) (2147)

So if you have applied in any of the above category then you will be considered.

Can you explain to me about the ministerial instruction requirements and work experience points?

Can you claim a job which is not on the list of 38 occupations for work experience?

I am confused.

I have done 3 jobs and the last 2 jobs are accounting jobs. The first one was Account Manager (Sales Executive). Can I claim the first jobs or only the last 2 jobs?

Oh ok, I think I understand it now. I think all of my jobs are on NOC. I think my job code is 1111 (Financial auditor and accountants)

Now I am collecting contracts and reference letters for my application.

I want to apply for a visitor visa to visit my husband. Do you think I can send the forms to the office in Sydney while I am in Canada or I have to do it outside Canada?
