Help regarding NOC Selection

Dear Friends
I need some help from you regarding NOC selection for canadian immigration application. I was hired by a University and worked in constitutent computer science institute of this university as a Lecturer computer science in my home country.
I taught software engineering to undergraduate engineering students but my problem is now that I only have Masters degree so if I apply at NOC 4121 I do not qulaify as it requires PhD degree. So can I apply to the 4131 as the job responsibilities ar same?
it would be great help if I could get valuable suggestions.

As I checked here it said that requirements are not as far as you have the same job title and you did the same job duties as explained in NOC website.

you can apply for NOC 4131 as a college instructor. which requires only a masters degree.
