Just paid the fees online (Sponsor, principal applicant, & RPRF), am now filling out the receipt page by hand.
It asks for Client date of birth and Client ID. Is this for the payee or information on the principal applicant?
it's the information of whoever paid, who's ever credit/debit card you used and their billing information. You won't have a Client ID until you get AOR so you can leave that blank

That is what I thought because above the box it says "Payer Information". But I just wanted to make sure before I wrote in pen.

thanks!
Don't forget to make a copy of it . Your nearly their lleahdoll

Yep I printed two off like it said ^_^

lleahdoll if you have the means photo copy every thing you are sending, just incase 1) they lose it 2) they ask you to re-send a form . At least this way you will have the information on hand.
In our case, my husband already had a Client ID from previous dealings with CIC RE: study permit & work permits. We printed 3, sent one, kept two and brought those two copies to the landing appointment though the agent never asked for it. It's always good to be prepared. If you can, scan it into your computer as well for ease of printing another copy should you lose the copies you printed off. It sounds paranoid but it may save you trouble in the long run.

Yeah, they actually emailed me a copy as well. SO I have one copy on hand and the copy in my email as well as a screen shot of the receipt.
