You can certainly try but the issue remains that you seem to have moved to Canada to take care of your sons while they are in school. International students attending college/university are expected to beable to care for themselves.

My family is consisting of 6 members with my 3 sons, 1 daughter, husband and myself.
All of us have had visitors visa since 2014. Recently, my 3rd son's visa was expired and we applied for it again, however the rest of us have our valid visas. But he is rejected. I am in Canada right now with my 2 older sons studying here. We had plans of reuniting in April together during the summer holidays with my younger kids and my husband, therefore we applied for the visa in March which is rejected. Due to this reason now all three of them are held back from coming to Canada. I need help and want to talk to someone to explain my situation. Thank you

The mother came to Canada as a visitor while the two sons have study permit.
