Yes! I saw someone who applied on 1st June and was rejected on 14th.

Got correspondence letter 9 july
PPR 11 JULY 2:45 AM

Humber college with 7 year gap
Reapplied case
After 2 refusals

Only people who are recently going for biometrics are getting their decision. Old applicants with BVL are still awaiting.
I reapplied on 11 May. Medical and BVL on 14th May along with review started. Nothing after that

Makes me wonder if its some bot system which automatically triggers a certain response based on the activity in profile. No other way to explain such randomness.

Really weird and totally unfair for the people who submitted before 15th May deadline to get a timely decision, while new applicants are getting lucked out with whatever algorithm is there.

Ahh lets not even get to the unfair bit. You would be surprised how some very poor profiles get their SP approved along with entire family. All that changed was the country they applied from. The process is very subjective so think of it like a lucky draw system. We can just pray we get success nothing else to be done.

On FB I have read 2 cases where applicants were issued PPR and then after a month were sent rejection. So now we cant even be at peace of mind after receiving PPR. Seriously IRCC should pull their socks.

Yes I also heard about this cases, don't know what's going on!!!
