The Portal Email comes from Montreal though as per current trends
yes happened with me, no update on my case since 20th june though.
What about PNP Outland? I was told my VO is Edmonton but I forgot to ask primary or secondary. I’m a June AOR PNP EE Outland applicant.

Finally see an update.. UCI number has been updated today and weirdly it also gave me a biometric number without ever getting a BIL. I had submitted biometrics back in 2021 when I applied for my Work visa. Fingers crossed
