Just my update regarding biometric request letter!
I gt my AOR on 30th June(in IRCCC page it shows July 1st) I received my biometric request letter yesterday! So don't worry for those who did'nt get it, it will come soon hopefully!

Tracker status: All checklists are marked as completed, except for Background.
GC key portal status: Latest update: Final decision - August 1, 2023: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I am confused because if I correct then all 4 checklist under the tracker need to be marked completed 1st. But in my case BG still showing in progress.

Your tracker should update tomorrow or within this week to completed. Since you are seeing Final decision, your background check is completed - just DB taking time to update.
I think you can get your portal email within this week, unless they send you to the waiting queue.

FYI folks, the tracker may be lagging in updates. I also got my E-CoPR, and the tracker still shows my spouse's eligibility in progress. It has not changed in the last week at all. So don't worry if you see these kinds of discrepancies. All the best!
