Yes I attached all paystub for 1 year
so they dont have doubt in my work period but they have concerns about my work duties like what job duties I had during that perticular period

I had those stages before receiving Medical request. I guess there was issue with my medical results. Hence after uploading latest results sheet. It was passed and immediately received PPR

yeah i would do that too, i also sent a template with reminders as to what to fill in the blank

Hi Guys !

I have finally received the golden email on the 3rd of November !! thanks to all for your help and support during this period. it was really helpful !!

I am based in Dubai and have to submit my passport to Abu Dhabi either to the embassy or via VFS.

can someone please help with the next steps. My passport will expire on in October next year (less than 12 months) and I am not sure if I have to renew my passport first or just send as is.

First of all, Congratulations
I don't think you need to renew your passport, if its valid for more 6 months. Moreover you can visit this thread for more insight about Abu Dhabi Visa Office:
