I am at ip2 since 27 july after paying rprf .Is there anything to worry because its 8th day today and I have not seen any status change or PPR email?
Please let me know your views.

yes .. You should call once and check .. This will remove any doubt like we might have missed any communication from their side..
Or you can email them inquiring about your visa office..
If the file has been transferred to local visa office then it is normal to take this much time.

Ok,where should I email them I think my file is at cpc ,Ottawa?I have heard that emails are sent via Ottawa not the LVO.

Yes ,I can understand,its better not be pay rprf because when you get the request for the fee it gives a sense of relief for passing eligibility .(Just a thought)
