I passed my medical on 11 July ... I don't know whether iam at ip 1 or 2 ... But the status is we are processing your background check

Oh I guess your application is in IP2. Well, I guess I missed my IP1 and my BG status is currently NA2.

I have seen some 9 and 28 June AOR people getting RPRF....

Hello Manvir,

I still haven't gotten RPRF request yet, even though some others have been getting the request!
All I can do now is to wait it out! A lil more patience i guess!!!

Hi everyone,

Can you please suggest a source or describe the process after PPR confirmed on myCIC? I'm particularly interested in what are next steps after you receive a confirmation and what is processing time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but SIN (takes 10-15 days) and PR card (takes 61 days) you request them inland in Service Canada Centre, after you arrive. How do I get an open work permit (shall I apply outland or inland) and what is processing time? I heard processing time is 3-4 months, is that bad? Please share your experience. Thank you!

I got my AOR on 10 June 2017. But after my AOR I did not see any updates in my application. When I contact CIC I got reply my application is currently at Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia and has not yet been transferred to a local visa office.

Does any one have an idea how long does it takes to transfer to local office ? and any big reason for holding my application at Nova Scotia office For such long period ?

My background : I applied under CEC category

Same here.

AOR: June 8th.
Medicals: You do not need a medical exam.
BG: Went to NA some time this month.

Called CIC and they basically just told me that my file has been received and that's pretty much it.

this score is required for ITA (invitation to apply)
