Rapid response operations center in Ottawa? I didn't even think family class got sent there. Fingers crossed its something good . Did the sponsor or PA apply under another pilot program for a permanent resident?
Nope, I did not apply for anything else (except SOWP that I received last year). The sponsor is a Canadian citizen. I do have an Express Entry profile, but never received an ITA. And yes, I assume RROC is the Rapid Response Operations Centre in Ottawa. The notes only say: Primary Office: CPC Mississauga, Secondary Office: RROC.
It seems like that applicants with certain NOC codes are processed at RROC (even inland).

It might has to do with the fact that I am a public servant with federal security clearance, but that is just my suspicion. It seems like that applicants with certain NOC codes are processed at RROC (even inland).
OK I see . Your file was not moved there .It is just a secondary office incase there is a huge back log . Family class files don't usually get sent there it's just a back up office . Every ones gcms notes should have a secondary office one it.

I see. Thank you for the clarification! Just checked my old GCMS notes and they also have a primary and secondary office listed, but different from the current ones (likely because I worked in another province at the time).

We had that for secondary VO as well. Not to worry.

Still waiting.. Just got my GCMS notes and found something weird. My place of birth was randomly deleted from my file in November last year and my country of birth was replaced with a seemingly random country. Did anyone else ever experienced this kind of issue?

I just submitted a webform and asked for clarification. It also looks like as if my file was moved from CPC Mississauga to RROC. As for assessments: Eligibility (sponsor and PA) and Medical are Passed; Criminality and Info Sharing In Progress; and Security not started.

Application submitted on June 9th, 2024.
My husband's place of birth was also removed and is now listed as "unspecified" for no apparent reason, but the country didn't change.

Do you keep calling them?

Hello,
Need some guidance,
We applied as a common law inland application.
Does anyone know how long will take to get the background check? It has been over a month since my eligibility check was completed.
Should I be calling the IRCC for more info? And what kind of background check is it, because I have submitted police verification from my home country and Canada.

Varies. Was 6 months for me after other stages were done
