Thank you for sharing, this definitely clarifies the related previous posts. Very interesting observations! Assuming IRCC keeps the same processing rate, I expect I would not have any (major) updates until late May/early June since my application was submitted on June 23, 2024. Does this follow your logic?

Yes, that is as per my observation but IRCC is not reliable as they keep changing everything without having any deep analysis and thinking.
For the last 3 months, they acted as per my logic, and if we see similar actions from IRCC we can expect June applications starting very late March or Starting of April.
Assuming IRCC continues its current work rate, as per Hermit's logic, then I'd expect June 6 applicants to receive the next update/processing anytime during the month of April this year.
Those with on an active SOWP: How long is it valid for? I can't find a definitive answer online, only for cases where the sponsor is also on a permit (i.e. not a PR or citizen). I assume it lasts for the duration of the PR application/until a final decision is made, but it would be interesting to hear from first-person sources. Thank you!
