LPP still not started.

But they didn't request your fingerprint yet?

Did you also get two ghost updates before they sent you citizenship test link?

Yes, no FP request yet but 2 ghost updates before test. Aug 6 and Aug 8

Today I received an email from Niagara Falls Office. They allowed me to postponed the Oath. They will schedule a date once I got back.

Looks like our application are going through the same thing with Vancouver office.

I was requested for FP and have given them Aug 23. No update since then on the background. Portal still says 'waiting on you'.

Test given Aug 31 and marked as complete in Sep3 in Portal.

This month my home country passport expired and took a risk to not renew it as this citizenship application is in progress. No travel plans but good to have some valid passport in hand by Jan 2025.

Assuming a routine application, Can I expect the Oath this year for June applicants ? (I applied Jun 18).

Hi, I also gave FP on Sep 6 but nothing updated yet. Though I have interview scheduled for next week so I assume everything will get updated after that.

My dates are similar than you and I’m still waiting the FP that I did on 23rd

That is a big relief!!
Since your criminality is in-progress, you will most likely get a fingerprints request soon. Once you get the request, please complete it as soon as possible as it takes 4 weeks on an average for the full Fingerprint process. Once they get your FR report from RCMP, the next day your BG will be marked as completed.

The good thing is your security is completed. Because if that was still pending, it takes anywhere between 3 months to 14 months to get that completed!

My test was completed July 15th (20/20 score) and I still haven’t heard anything for oath yet.
my background was completed on June 25th.
lpp is In progress, should I be concerned?

I received an email from IRCC asking for photo identity. I gave citizenship test on 12 September but I had old computer so had issue with the camera and it took me directly to the test page and I did not scan my ID.
i replied to the officer the reason. Should I have to call IRCC and explain?

My timeline:
June 16- Applied
June 24- AOR
Aug 12- Citizenship test invite( 23 August until 21Sept)
August 14 Background completed
September 12 Test given ( 20-20)

You just have to provide the ID via email. That is enough.

Citizenship Test Completed, Updated in tracker on Sept 17 and shows the date Sept 13. Rest all In Progress

Seeing ghost update for Sept 14. No real update as of today Sept 17.
My test was marked complete on Sept 3 (Sept 5 visible on tracker)
Anyone has any idea what this could be or when can I see it on tracker ?
