AOR is acknowledgement from IRCC that they received your application and working on it. Your application has moved ahead as background is completed and you are invited for test. Looks like you missed the AOR email, could be in your spam folder. Similarly you should get an email about the test too.
Just got around to creating my tracker account. I see the following are in progress:
Language, physical presence, background verifications, and prohibitions
Added to the June spreadsheet. Could you please confirm the city you applied from? Also, were you able to signup on the tracker portal? If yes, could you please confirm the date application was linked so that I can update the tracker.
If you aren't aware, after 48-72 hours of receiving AOR, you can register in the Citizenship tracker portal, to track next steps of your application - https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

How did you manage to register on the tracker account? It needs the application number which comes in the AOR email.
If you have an email from IRCC with the application number, thats your AOR!
Please look our for your test email now and you can give your test from June 20th onwards, good luck!

Yeah, IRCC websites are notoriously confusing. The website you were checking earlier is the application portal where we submit the application. Unfortunately, it stays in that status forever, even after you take oath. Good that you have started tracking in the tracker website now, good luck!
