@crystalmet - the link you were using is the one for tracking PR/Spousal application etc. IRCC has a 100 different portals for everything, unfortunately.

So @hssrp, the date you register in the portal and notice 'In-Progress' state is the ECAS date? Also where do I find the secondary VO? Sydney VO as primary seems to suck.

all AORs come from sydney. then sent to respective office or offices. you can call ircc to see which office is your primary or request ATIP notes it will have that info. like my app when i called, i was told that primary office was scarborough and on my notes it said the same thing but my test and interview were from mississauga. i guess some apps go to diff or multiple offices to spread workload.

Thanks. Since its only been 4 days, will wait another week or two and if there is not much progress will request ATIP notes.

Yes, thats the ECAS date when it is updated for the first time in the tracker. For the local processing office, you need to give it a few days as it is too early and takes some time for IRCC to transfer to local offices from Sydney which is a central processing offices for all applications. You can call them to find the office or wait for your test invite which will indicate the office processing your application. Like someone else mentioned, they keep moving files between offices to share the workload as well.

What does the updated date at the top f the tracker say? It is the date your application was marked in-progress / ECAS.
