i need inputs please

My eligibility has been flagged for "review required". And after thinking hard to what I might have done wrong, I finally realized that I forgot to attach my job description with my job contract for within Canada experience which is a very crucial document for CEC. My job contract literally says "see appendix A for the job responsibilities/duties" but no attachment included.

It's my fault, I admit and I am very sad about it.

I submitted the webform today to upload additional document. I don't know if they will acknowledge it but for now all I can do is to hope for the best.

ITA: June 19, AOR June 21, Biometrics July 31, Medical Passed Aug 13 and nothing after up to now

Did someone has similar experience and submitted a webform?

Are you able to see updates on your GC key? like biometric and, background check and eligibility in progress or completion?

I have my suspicion for my application but not sure for what, because I am not getting update on above mentioned things (AOR June 13th, CEC may 31st draw) but after biometrics and medical on Aug 2nd, there is no updates (they mentioned currently background check in progress, when I reached out to them twice) still they are not not updating anything.

I hope best for all of us that we will go through this and get our PRs.

Am not sure if on the phone the agent can tell that level of detail like Review Required...I can be wrong...Better, relax....call them tomorrow again and see if the information changes or not if u speak to another agent..... This all is a bit messed up....i have my eligibility in progres in GC Key tracker..i called and agent said eligibility not started yet......so dont know what to believe.

If I logically say it should be fine (I think web-form has the purpose to speed up - form emergency, inquiry and adding supporting documents), last time I created Web form they reached out to me within 5 days and you are providing the document ( did you explain in the document or provided supporting documents with explanations) before the final decision and eligibility check. You should be fine, relax (finger crossed) and hope for the best.


I have seen members in this forum who have requested IRCC (by Web form) for time extension for PCC submission and urgent PR card processing.

I am just nervous that they will not reject ny application for this reason. I have read a lot of refusals for the same reason. Only difference is that they didn’t figure it out prior to decision. I am hoping that they would add the supporting document in my profile.

- it is good you acted promptly. Yes, the document is added a day or two..you can still call and ask and the agent can confirm.... R10 is to see if you have docuemnts against each requirement..... so it is not qualitative .... I think they dig deeper later on after R10....

- How is your CRS score, just in case of refusal......... ? But i am sure they will consider ur webform...lots of ppl declared their previous visa refusals via webform and they were not banned ...... My heart says you are safe.

Job contract and offer is not at all needed if its an express entry or PNP application; if you have attached the reference letter that mentions all the duties and responsibilities along with salary credit proof (in form of bank statement or payslip) and tax docs, you should be good!

What happened is that my job contract says refer to the appendix for the job duties. I have it with me but I wasn’t able to attached said file. So I basically submitted employment letter, tax slips and job comtract without the duties (which is the most important).

i have received notification that the additional document has been added to my application that I requested to add through webform so i hope now they refer to it in the decision making.

Thank you for your inputs. I really appreciate it as I have been really worried about this.

When I called IRCC phone support, they told me that my eligibility, info sharing, and criminality have been passed, but the security screening is still under progress. Have any of you faced a similar situation? Did your eligibility pass before security screening?

As per the agent, a passed eligibility kick start the security screening. Don't fret.


Also, I've seen lots of people having a P2 this week. I guess they will send one big batch of ecopr next week. Goodluck to all of us

i was casually loggin into my IRCC account and noticed that the application/profile update in my application today, opened it but i did not notice any change! is this normal?

here is my My Timeline:

ITA : April 11 , CEC inland applicant
PVO: Edmonton
SVO: Sydney Nova Scotia

AOR: June 10th, 2024
BIL: July 31
Biometrics Submitted & Approved: 1st Aug
Medical was passed and then went blank after BIL and then it is now "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.". (i uploded medical report from my prev application last year).

hope to recieve good news soon

Update : Medical passed (Sept 21 , not sure why the date is 21 sept???).
Final Decision : Sept 20.
