Not able to see any update on application is another headache (GC key doesn't update for me) I made several attempts to register an account on Application status tracker, but it always gives me an error.

Since GCKEY isn't entirely dependable and the tracker hasn't been working since early June, you can give the IRCC a call and inquire about your PVO/SVO. Currently, the only way to find out about the real progress of your file is to give the IRCC a call.

Does a call to IRCC provide details if Eligibility has passed ? And do they help knowing the status of Criminality, Info Sharing and Security ? Or they just say these are in progress? I have tried a few times to reach them but phone never gets connected to the agent.

i was casually loggin into my IRCC account and noticed that the application/profile update in my application today, opened it but i did not notice any change! is this normal?
here is my My Timeline:
ITA : April 11 , CEC inland applicant
PVO: Edmonton
SVO: Sydney Nova Scotia
AOR: June 10th, 2024
BIL: July 31
Biometrics Submitted & Approved: 1st Aug
Medical was passed and then went blank after BIL and then it is now "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.". (i uploded medical report from my prev application last year).

I will ask them somewhere next or next week (I just called them 2 twice within one week.

Try to call them early morning (I did eastern time, afternoon it always says cannot transfer call to an agent at this moment)
Whenever go into menu and check your application for PR status, once it spell out the details of your current status of application it also says press 0 to speak to an agent (* and 9 for repeating the options and going back to previous menu not sure to the exact button)

Usually, they only supply answers on your questions. Try to list down all your questions about your application so that you will not forget to skip those.
