im the principal applicant, my dependent received portal 2 email this afternoon, but i did not, does this usually happen? what do i need to do?

Hi Guys, in my case my wife is Primary applicant and she is in Canada. We got final Decision notification today along with letter asking for Passport submission for me. but since she is in canada, she just need to submit webform. I have 2 queries - 1)which webform to submit ? 2) Does she need to send photocopies of photographs and passport as well ?
