Visitor visa for whole family (Pakistan)

I want to take your expert opinion about my sister ‘s visit visa application
I live here in Canada
My sister has four kids (all adult)

Her husband is the main applicant and he has govt job in Pakistan and use blue official passports as he visited Europe on behalf of govt of Pakistan
Following are documents that we submitted in the application along with passports and pictures

Letter of invitation
FRC
Bank statement of 70lakh PKR
Property documents translated in English
Can you give me your opinion on the chances prediction of success for visa approval?

Its difficult to predict who gets visa and who doesn't but 70lac pkr translates to 30k CAD only and the ticket cost along will cost half of that so I would says its 50/50

No it just means someone from IRCC has opened your file and things are moving.

Update: Refusal. 1. No strong ties. 2. Financially not strong. 3. Cannot assure the person will return back to India.

Can anyone help to answer the below queries:
1. How to get refusal notes so I can better prepare the visa application in future.?
2. Is it worth reapplying and how soon can we reapply

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of gathering documents for my parents visitor visa and I've a few questions.

1. How to get Property valuation certificate and how much would it cost? Did anyone apply for this in Chennai?

2. And my second question is my father is retired and we have pension order, property tax receipts and we are showing 2 lakhs in his account. No ITRs. What all documents to show as POF which will prove strong home ties

3. And with respect to Property title deed, do we need to show all the pages and stamped by a notary?
