I had my in person citizenship ceremony on October 21 but i got an email today that it has been canceled due to an administrative error
Any idea how long will it take to get a new date

It's very early to be losing all hopes, not everyone gets processed at lightning speed. Just hang in there, it's never going to be as bad as covid times
What does this mean "Updated in tracker"?
Olvach101: I was in the same situation actually so I can identify with how you feel. I submitted my application on April 4th, received on April 11th (as per Canada post). From April until June - silence. Nothing. Checked the mailbox everyday expecting a return package as well as my email anticipating the AOR - NOTHING. I decided to submit for GCMS notes and submit an online application. It was not easy seeing people around you getting through and not knowing where or what was happening with the application.
On the GCMS notes, I realized that the day before they submitted their response, was when they sent the AOR so they were able to acknowledge on the report that the AOR was sent in July, application received in June. They sent a cancellation for the online application, processing the April's paper one.
If i had not sent in for the gcms notes, I am not sure where my application was sitting for someone to wake up and say...hey, there's one here.
At this stage, I completed the test at the end of August...radio silence since then with July and August applicants getting their oath. So I have asked for the gcms notes again. I am hoping there can be some closer to this process soon. I hope all these foreign diplomats returning will assist with the backlog here at home.
If there was some method to the madness that would help to manage expectations realistically.

When I logged in for the first time in the morning it was showing "4 new updates" in the Activity section. But, when I logged for the second time then its NOT showing text "4 new updates". Last Updated date is still 20 October 2023. What can I expect next? Also, I do have a travel plan on 4 Dec 2023. Do you think I would be able to get my oath and Passport? Please advise.

What does this mean "Updated in tracker"?
Sometimes there is a two day lag between the update itself and the tracker. So for example, they approved your test results the day after your test. It shows up in your tracker 2 days after that day
