I asked my MP to contact IRCC for an update and below is their reply:
Good afternoon,
I placed an inquiry with the IRCC and was able to determine the following regarding your citizenship application:
Application was received on June 27th, 2023
For ABC and XYZ's assessments,
Knowledge passed
Language not started
Residence not started
Security passed
Criminality passed
For DEF(Minor),
I was reassured by the agent that everything looks alright
Currently verifying the link to biological parents
Standard processing time for this kind of application is 15 months. If you would like to place another inquiry for another status update, please feel free to contact the office or reply to this email in two weeks. I hope that this may be of assistance.

My test was updated to be completed at July 27th 2023, still waiting for LPP.
My wife's test was competed at the same time, waiting for background and LPP.
My son has 0 completed.
We got our AOR at June 23th, 2023, feeling so frustrated.
Do not like the way IRCC works, at least they need to make their work transparent.

Your wife is waiting for security clearance and it is around 11 months. You are waiting for her and the son will not updated until the parents are completed.
