Thank you my friend. Honestly I don't feel it is decision because non of LPP is updated in the gcms note.
Any change will appear there immediately. It is most likely postpone (Deferred) because in each note I can see they postpone the due date every month. It probably will have no progress before the 12 month time point at leat.

Let's stay positive. That is only in our control. Lets hope it mean Decision Finalized. We will get there soon my friend.

Primary processing office is Vancouver. Oath was conducted by IRCC-Edmonton.

Did you get any gcms note to see if LPP was assigned to Sydney office.
My timeline is very similar to your but no LPP yet. Notes says assigned to Sydney.
Primary office Vancouver too. Event office Edmonton.

If yes, then what did you keep the subject of email when you sent signed form?
and how long did it take for you to download ecertificate?

LPP completed Nov 25, but Citizenship Ceremony still shows "Not started". Any idea how long will it take for that to change?
