My one starts in F since I got the AOR from IRCC to my email.
While registering they sent me a code to my email that I used to create account.

Once you Registered successfully sign in to use the same Temp UCI with created password while your register and then you able to see your fetched account in there

Starts with F or XF is the Application Number not temp UCI

To register please use your temp UCI which should starts with T

My child has already had his confirmation of permanent residence but he has not yet validated it in Canada. Currently I am going to sponsor his mother. Do I have to declare him as a dependent child on the IMM0008 form or not?

I tried with PA's Temp UCI to register. I entered all the information right. And it is showing error msg like
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet"
