Outland/online app submitted 16 june 2022, AOR 23 aug, SA 10 oct and file moved to New Delhi visa office , medical 10 oct, biometrics exempt, medical passed 21 oct, eligibility in progress 24 nov, background not started.

same as yours , no background started yet.
I think they are working on May 2022 applications , many of my friends got their PPR.

Sent mine on June 20th. AOR / Biometrics / SA in August-September. Nothing since. Not even medicals, says it's not required. 3 months now...!

Nothing at all. I was done with medicals and biometrics by Oct 7th and had to also resubmit new PCC which also i submitted on Oct 21. I received a email like a automated email acknowledgement to the webform i had raised on oct 21 to submit my PCC recently on 9th December.

Just one more week left before they go for holidays then its only Jan 2023.

So true.. they are taking too much time and When I sign-in into my PR tracker - it says updated 01 December 2022.
I dont know if this means something because nothing has been changed after this.

Pretty much same for me. Biometrics and medical all done by late Sept. Last (ghost) update on PR - 2nd December - nothing since.

Oh! thanks! There's no mention of the visa office on my SA document. Lets hope everyone's application gets done soon.

Medical And Biometrics Request - August 30,2022
Sponsor Approval - August 31,2022
Biometrics and Medical Submitted - September 2,2022
Medical Passed - September 5,2022
Eligibility Review Started (According to PR tacker) - October 12,2022

No update since medical passed, getting ghost updates on PR tracker from past 2 weeks but eligibility review still in process with background check yet to start.

Passport request came from CPC ottawa so i guess it was CPC ottawa all the time.
