Jan 17th - email saying they couldnt read document. So I sent registered post.
Jan 19th- tracker updated to say waiting on you for additional info.
Jan 23rd- info received on their end.
March 2nd- got document back. Status updated to reviewing info.
March 3rd- Background complete
March 8th- Test invite March 13th -April 3rd.
March 13th- Took test passed 19/20.
March 23th- Test completed (updated on tracker March 25th).

On May 15th I called again to ask why my
tracker still says "waiting on you for additional information" but ive had no email. Im starting to wonder if this is holding up my application process. She said a tech glitch and advised to enter a webform. I asked what office my application is being processed at and she said the Sydney office (despite test email from West). Did the webform..no response.

They sometimes request additional information in the same PDF as your Test invite - so maybe double check that email to see if there is a request there. Mine was under the heading "Important Notice: Document Request".

My application hasn't seen any movement since Dec 22, 2022. LPP is still in progress. My application is straightforward as they come yet there has been such a long delay. Contacting IRCC has been futile. No response to webforms and to my calls. I am very worried that there is some issue with my application and I can't get in touch with them to find out what it is.

dumb question...I know that minors below 14 are not required to 'take oath', but do they need to be present in the ceremony in front of the camera?

Not necessary but its good for their own memories.
