Had our oath on 8th. Tracker got updated to Closed on 10th.
And just a while back got our citizenship certificate as well.
The IRCC officials verifying our docs during oath seemed quite organized so not very surprised at the quick turnaround.

My oath is on May 18, also Mississauga office.
Could you let me know when your tracker shows case closed and you receive your certificate in the mail? Would like to know how long it takes roughly.

I applied in June, got AOR Jun10,2022.

My background is compeleted on Dec5,2022 and I have not been invited to do the test yet. Called CIC multiple times and they told me there's nothing they can do as the officer needs to decide to invite me to test and it has not been 24 months since I applied so they cannot leave a note for officer. Anyone from Jun AOR that still waiting for test invite? I'm desprate

i am in the same boat. i applied in june 2022 and my file stuck after fingerprints request. my background in not even compeleted yet

@IOI1984 It was indeed a fun! Congratulations to us! Already having a good one. Now can't wait for the certificate. Let me know if you get update on tracker (i.e file closed) or get a citizenship certificate.

I noticed this in my tracker today:
Initially I was excited but after some research looks like everyone is getting this and that this is a generic update. MY LPP is still pending.. damnnn. it!

I also did the oath ceremony on May 9th. But my tracker is still in progress...

What time was ur ceremony May 9th? 1:15 pm MDT I got removed by the host I don’t know why

Email your office immediately (regardless of time and day) and tell them why you missed and ask for a reschedule.
I am assuming you already have a very valid reason if you managed to miss this important event in your life.
