You usually have to wait around 1 month (or a month and a half for some), that's the realistic timeline for "regular" applicants, even the online ones .

Only applications made after January 4, 2023 have the ability to choose between a paper certificate or an e certificate.
They are inviting select applications before Jan 4, 2023 under a pilot program where an invitation is sent out. If you did not receive an invitation to the pilot then you are going to be issued a standard paper certificate.
Similiar timeline as yours. Still waiting on LPP to be marked complete. West Citizenship Office. Have you contacted them to find out what the issue is? Makes zero sense. There are two people who posted their timelines. Both have their oath scheduled for 27th April.
