So how do we find out if it was really a GU or a system update.

I don't know, but it looks like so many people got it that I think it's a system update. Or a Christmas miracle speeding up the files

Looks like this is a system update because me and my wife we both got the same update date for different applications and different statuses

I am also wondering if the ceremony is still virtual?
how long it takes to receive the invitation for the ceremony after having update in the tracker tells the date of the ceremony!

I got my Oath Letter Invite yesterday evening.

ECAS was updated to show that they have sent a notice on December 14 to appear and take the oath of citizenship. Tracker, however, still shows as Not Started for Citizenship.

Oath Ceremony is In-Person on 21st December.

I got my Oath Letter Invite yesterday evening.

ECAS was updated to show that they have sent a notice on December 14 to appear and take the oath of citizenship. Tracker, however, still shows as Not Started for Citizenship.

Oath Ceremony is In-Person on 21st December.

How long it takes to send the letter of the invitation after having the tracker said you are scheduled for a ceremony and gives you a certain date!

I am at this point however no invitation letter was sent!

Do you think this is normal!

people with other issue last week got it fixed friday evening if there was no issue they just changed the date

Fingers crossed .!! any way, we have just jumped the timeline for a test invite (~200+ days).
Hope for the best !! my spouse also waiting for the test.
