Thanks, but this has been done and they are not able to help. They asked to raise web form, which was done as well a month ago with all printscreens and supporting docs - no one ever bothered to revert back.

If you paid the fees for all your family members in one receipt, you print copies of the same receipt and insert it in each application in the order mentioned in the checklist.

I only sent one copy of the receipt with the fees paid for a family of 4, so maybe you did not pay the correct amount? I can’t see why they’d need a copy for each family member unless you didn’t package all applications together?

Did it take 1+ month in your case to get 'in progress' status on ECAS? how about the new status tracker? Note that these seem to be two different tools.
I am able to create account on the new tool, however, still no luck on the old ECAS tool.
