I have the same issue. It's been more than 24 hours since I've received my AOR and it still doesn't work. I think it may be due to the weekend. Will check on Monday.

Gosh, I just realized that I made a mistake in my physical presence calculator. I completely missed my travel history before I became a PR, which still falls within the last 5 years. The changes will not affect my total 1218 days at all.
Am I supposed to withdraw the application now? What happens to the fees that I paid already?
I am confused, you are only supposed to include your absences from Canada since you became a PR and until you apply for citizenship so they can see that you have been physically present during that time. Why would you include travel history before that as it’s not even counted…

That's how it is "supposed" to be. However, if you look closely at the physical presence calculator it actually asks you to list your travels in the last five years. Let's say you wish to submit the application on 2022-06-19. The exact wording is as follows:
*Please list all your absences outside Canada between 2017-06-20 and 2022-06-19
I know travels before beoming a PR (and if you never existed in Canada before then) should not matter and will have zero impact on the physical presence days. However, from what I read around in this forum, the issue may arise during the "interview". What if the officer brings this up?
Things you could do during the interview are:-
Tell the officer "hey why does that matter? The travels were made before I became a PR, and doesn't even impact my physical presence days."
Simply argue with the officer about how the physical presence calculator itself is flawed (which it is).
But, would you wanna do any of the above? I guess not
