AOR: June 22, 2022

I got AOR email and confirmation they started to process my application, however I still can’t create an account in their tracker, it says “Incorrect uci or application number. please try again”. It’s been more than 2 weeks now I can’t register, is there anyone experiencing same issue with same time after AOR. Also, AOR says “Sydney Case Processing Center” - is it a generic signature or Edmonton location can be processed in NS? Overall, feels like anything I touch with Canada Governement is just garbage with zero transparency regarding the process and poor execution on IT side…

I'm not able to check on ECSA, but I was able to create an account after or a week, because I tried the following day and it didn't work so I retried the following week, on top of that you should receive an email that says :

Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application with the Citizenship Application Tracker

It should arrive more than a week after your AOR.

I'm not able to check on ECSA, but I was able to create an account after or a week, because I tried the following day and it didn't work so I retried the following week, on top of that you should receive an email that says :

It should arrive more than a week after your AOR.

I got this email as well and still does not work. Apparently this happens to a lot of people randomly and some can’t create account for months. Trying to call IRCC is unsuccessful- automated voice message says all circuits are busy

You have to retry not necessarily the following day, I had to wait for more than a week.

I already received email stating that you can crea account on citizenship application tracker. And it’s been more than 20 days since I received AOR

20 days is a bit long I agree, I'd try to contact IRCC if I were you, try to call early in the morning as the lines are usually very busy.

4:50pm Alberta time. As of this evening, I still can't register.

If both the applications are complete, you should be getting AOR same day or next day of one another.
Please check if the email address for your spouse application and see their spam folder too

Email is correct. No mail in spam folder too. Sent a second web form as well. No luck yet.

If you are getting that mail, it means your file has been created in the system and you should have received AOR. I'd suggest you call them so they can furnish you with your application number so you can track your progress.

Just called them and they said they email me the AOR on June 8th! I never got the email and it was not in the spam folder too. Thanks for your suggestion!

It may sound dumb, but have you tried in private browsing mode ? or a even different browser ?

Hi Friends,
I had sent a paper based application which was delivered on June 30. The cic website says they are sending AOR for the week of July 4. However I have not received it yet. Has anyone received AOR for paper based application after June 28?
