Can anyone tell what these steps are? What is each number mean?

I think it is from “F12 trick”
It all meant application status per steps. For example

01 in progress= overal application/eligibility is inprogress
02 completed = medicals done
03 waived= Interview not needed
04 action required = they need docs from u
05 not started= background check not started
09 received = biometrics received

I Was Sponsored By My Beloved Wife Last Year, My App Took 11months And 24 Days In Total And Was Quite A Stressful Procedure; Mostly Due To The Silence Period, Finally I Will Travel Soon!!. This Is A Great Forum And Everyone Is Very Kind And Helpful.

If Anyone Has Any Questions At All About The Outland Application, Please Feel Free To Ask.. I Will Be Quite Here For Sometimes Trying To Help The Newcomers ( Help In Return ) As I Was Helped During My Days.

Hello everyone,

I have sent my paper based application to NS Sydney office which shows as delievered on March 17th 2022 as per the tracker. However I havent heard anything since. I am unable to register on PR tacker, unable to find the application even after creating the GC KEY and ECAS doesnt return any results. I am not sure what to do next. I also submitted webform I havent heard anything so far please advise.

Up to three months is normal for first stage, even an extra few weeks after that without aor is not that unusual.

UPS is also fine to Sydney.

All courier companies have parts of the world they do less well - but for some reason DHL doesn't advertise that their service in parts of Canada sucks. (They still deliver okay , they just don't provide much info)

UPS lost our package. It arrived in Sydney but no update on the delivery after that.

What’s the reason its not moving ?
I submitted PCC while application (issue date on pcc april 2021)
Should i apply for PCC again before asking by IRCC?

Medical results received by IRCC and update on client status (30th May 2021)

I got the RPRF request letter on 09th June. I paid the fees right away and uploaded successfully. (09th June 2021)


Question 1. When exactly do you get the RPRF letter ?

Question 2. Is this a good sign ?

Question 3. What to be expected next ?

Question 4. From my knowledge and research I guess the PRPF is only request if the application is almost approved ?

You've done previous research, you seem to have previous knowledge - that would seem to be sufficient basis to know the answer?

I’ve done my extensive research but doesn’t hurt to get clarification and knowledge from others based on there opinions and experience! That’s what this forum is for. No one asked you to reply. Your response was quite rude , a lot of us have been on this forums for a while , you don’t know the struggle and experiences anyone is going through so be kind!

Though interview got cancelled, they did not send any prearrival or any message(but mentioned check message for details)
