After the app is sent to another VO, you usually get advised of that but not always, especially during covid. Your app will change from IN PROCESS to received, once it changes back to IN PROCESS again that is what we refer to as AOR2.

Where can one see those updates? My gckey account doesn't show much, apart from medical passed.

gckeys had my aor2 letter from HK. As she stated look in ecas. It will go from processing to received in pa vo. Then again days to weeks later change back to processing.

They key is to check 28-30 times a day like me. Just praying something new and good has happened.

May be my VO is just slow. Its 3 weeks no any signs of whether they received or processing.

Go to ecas. See if it says processing. If it does click that processsing. That will take you to a detailed page. If there are two received dates on that file it means aor1 date and aor 2 date. Thats the best way to tell
