Hey guys. My app is showing in progress but all categories but "Citizenship ceremony" has been set to "completed". Is this equivalent to decision made?

Does Vancouver applicant can take citizenship test online in Toronto while visiting friends place For few days?or do I need to come to Vancouver and take online test?

I think it shouldn't be a problem as you are still in Canada, but if it's just few days visit, you can do it when you go back to BC. You have 21 days. Be aware that no body can be with you in the same room when taking the exam. So, make sure you can have that if you decided to take at your friend's

You can take the test from anywhere in Canada.

Anyone Specially from Edmonton whose background check is completed in July 2021, and got test invites yet?
Mine background changes to completed in July 2021,But nothing after that. Everything except citizenship test and oath is under process. So frustrating to see people applied in 2021 already becoming citizen.

My application has been hanging in this last stage since early August.
It says "Waiting on you", but I haven't received any instructions by email.
* it's worth mentioning that I changed my original email, but I DID inform CIC of the change via the webform a while ago. I did not receive any confirmation from them.
** I recently followed up with CIC about this issue, but received an email saying something like "Your inquiry is not important enough, so we won't answer... because Afganistan..."

Is this normal? Should I just keep waiting?

The "waiting on you" is in regards to the oath. As in they're waiting on you to attend it on November 2. That's all.
You should receive oath instructions a few days before the day on which your oath ceremony occurs.
