Could you please explain this a bit? I called IRCC and the agent told me that the officer has put some note saying I have completed the exam but nothing else

I did my test on July 1, 2021.
When I hadn't got an update by July 8, I replied to the email that notified me of the test. I got a response that they would look into it.
On July 15, when I hadn't heard back, I sent them a reminder by replying to their response, asking if they had any updates.
The next day I got a response that my status was updated, and I confirmed it on the new tracker.

Do you know if they will provide instructions on the citizenship ceremony via the Citizenship application page or is it just be email?

Is it a good idea to call IRCC? My application was submitted June 30, 2020, AOR: October 31, In process: Dec 22 and everything is still in process n no test email.

My application was submitted on June 6, 2020. And I have not received any email to take a test.

My timeline is similar to yours and I am also still waiting. Not sure if contacting IRCC would be good or bad.
