Could you tell me Do old Ecas still in process when all marked completed? And it only changed decision made when you got invite oath?

ECAS changes to DM when everything except Oath is completed. DM is not equal to Oath invite. Oath comes later (days/weeks/months).

ah No, everything is completed on tracker that not mean DM on old ecas which is my case.i think there is 1 step for it to show DM on ecas.

okay. New ECAS(if its different), DM shows up when everything is completed AFAIK.

Because people think like that, so some people after completing all on tracker, take a long time to get an ceremony invitation, In fact their applicaion is still not DM on the system yet. Maybe I'm wrong, but I saw a few.

No idea, since I dropped email, raise ATIP request, and also form enquiry at same time. So either of work.
