Are you a June applicant/part of this thread? I see your comments everywhere. The first two posts of this thread make it clear enough who updates the spreadsheet. Most of those who post here seem to be aware already. And I know that @shazahsan also helps update from time to time.
I don't find any issue with people asking to be added or asking to update their existing details. I also believe it's better to have as few editors as possible to reduce the rate of errors, but of course anyone can request access if they want. I recently had to email the spreadsheet owner so they could remove an editor that was entering fake test invite dates and spreading confusion, for example.
The problem is not getting updated in the sheets, some are not providing the updates or not willing to contribute. I think, for each question on forum, we should start request to share the timeline in addition t providing guidance. If not updated, some may send personal message and ask the status.

Yes, people should follow up with updates when they have them, but we also can't force them. Besides, we don't know why people sometimes don't come back to share. Maybe they just forgot, or maybe there is something going on in their life that's more important.
You can always privately message people if you have the time and are willing to do so. After all, anyone that updates the spreadsheet on behalf of others on this forum is a volunteer.
I don't know why people worry when still 66% is waiting for AOR.
When you stand in queue you need to wait for your turn .
Don't compare with same dates delivered . Depends on case to case .
