No, I don't have any suggestions. I am myself waiting for almost 4.5 months already after test. I am in panic too. My PR is almost expired. I also never could expect that it would take many years to get citizenship. This is a very stressful experience.

I wrote them in June 2021 after the test in April 2021 and a request passport copies and MS teams consent form. I got a response saying that they have received all my passport copies and consent form for MS teams, and “when it’s my turn they will email me and I should only wait as they have 1000s of applications to processed.” This month I called the IRCC call centre and the person advised me to send email to the office processing my application because he doesn’t understand why I passed test 10 months ago and no movement. The call centre don’t really see much I guess.

The previous email response seems a bit unwelcoming so I don’t know what to say if I email them again. Their message was like, don’t contact us till we write you. Do you have any suggestion on the email content? Thank you.

My PR has 10 more months to expire. Trust me, I never expected citizenship to take several years as well. Even my PR took 10 months under family scholarship. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

Applied in June 2020, AOR in Nov. 2020, and nothing since then. Everything in progress. Sent a request for GCMS notes two months ago - no response.
Needed to change my mailing address - applied for change of address online over a month ago - again no change. I don't know what else to do. They are not responsive at all.

You can use the old version of check your application online. It will be changed within 5 years. If you use the web form it will take longer to update. Have you tried to call them?
